Phenology

Phenology is the study of the annual plant growth stages throughout the year. Stages include tree quiescence (dormancy), vegetative flushing (i.e., new shoots and leaves), reproductive growth (e.g., flower bud formation, flowering, and fruit set) and fruit development to horticultural maturity and harvest period.
