Ataulfo
‘Ataulfo’ also known as ‘Honey’ and ‘Champayne’ mango was selected in Mexico. The tree is vigorous (Knight et al., 2009). The fruit is polyembryonic, the peel is light green to yellow , 200-300 g. The pulp is low fiber, yellow, with a sweet slightly acid flavor of good quality. ‘Ataulfo’ is an early to midseason cultivar.
