‘Carrie’ originated in Florida and is a low vigor tree with a rounded compact canopy (Ledin, 1954; Lynch and Mustard, 1955; Young and Sauls, 1989). The fruit is monoembryonic, the peel is greenish-yellow to yellow-orange with small white dots, 280-450 g . The pulp is lemon yellow to orange, fiberless and has a spicy aroma and rich, sweet flavor. ‘Carrie’ is an early to midseason cultivar.
